How do i renew my subscription?
Monthly subscriptions to EF English Live run from the date of your purchase until the same date the following month.
If you pay by credit card, your subscription will be renewed and your credit card charged automatically each month until you cancel your subscription. If you have a minimum subscription period, you may cancel at any time after your initial plan requirement. To renew your course, update your credit card information or change to a different credit card on our site, log in to our site and select the My Account page. On that page you will see a secure link to update/change your credit card information. Please make sure you include the following details: name on card, card type, card number and expiration date. If you are a returning student, simply log in and reactivate your account.
If you paid over the phone with a Course Consultant and wish to continue with your EF English Live course after your initial subscription period is over, you must pay again: either offline or online. To avoid an interruption in learning, EF English Live must receive your payment prior to the end of your current subscription.
How do i cancel?
To cancel during your trial, all you need to do is is to log into the school and cancel your subscription via the My Account page. Once you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at the end of each month via the My Account page within the school. Should you cancel before your month is over, we will ensure you have access to EF English Live until the end of your paid period.

They are specially selected and trained to teach English online. They all share some information about themselves in our school, so you can get to know them before meeting them in a class.
