How will I know what to do once I start my course?

Once you join us, we'll help you to set up your software, microphone and speakers or headset. We've made sure our school has clear instructions to help you move easily from lesson to lesson, and we'll create a Study Plan tailored to your needs to ensure you make constant progress. If you do need help or advice at any time, our student's support team is always available for you.

What equipment do I need to study online?

Our school is available on your computer (and you can access through your favorite browser) and in your smartphone (through our super interactive and fun app). To ensure you have the best experience in our school, we recommend that you download the latest version of your browser, Flash Player, and Java software.

You'll also need an internet connection to use our school. However, you can download some lessons on your app to study when you're not connected. To join our Group and Private Classes, and to use our speech recognition tools, you'll need a microphone for your device. We'll help you get set up as soon as you join.
